Proposed development on the Knysna Waterfront (subject to planning)
The design of the scheme is now well advanced as you can see from the adjoining concept renders. This development will maximise the stunning views of the Knysna Lagoon and will consist of a mixed use development of superior studios, apartments & penthouses with some retail and commercial units. The development car park will have a semi basement as the existing ground level will have to be raised 1.5 metre to comply with planning as well as a heated indoor pool with retractable roof for the summer months.
The site is currently zoned commercial and we will be applying to rezone it in January 2007 so that it can obtain business rights. This will then allow us to proceed with our proposed mixed use development.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of VPM Planning Consultants to act on our behalf on all issues relating to the new development. We are also pleased to confirm the appointment of Hofmeyr & Associates as the Structural Engineers on this project, with Logan-Martin Inc. being appointed as our lawyers and Voigy & Grobler appointed as our accountants.
